1.1 By accessing or purchasing through www.veilari.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) issued by Veilari Jewellery Designing (“Veilari”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Veilari.

2. Products and Orders

2.1 All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
2.2 Each Veilari piece is handcrafted; minor variations in gemstone color or size are expected.
2.3 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (billing, shipping, contact) is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Veilari reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.
3.3 Payments must be made through approved payment gateways using secure channels.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All trademarks, logos, product designs, images, and written content are the exclusive property of Veilari.
4.2 Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Veilari shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of product use, website access, or delayed deliveries.
5.2 The total liability of Veilari shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

6. Force Majeure

Veilari shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. International customers agree that disputes shall be resolved under UAE law, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
