1.2 Custom or bespoke orders require 3–6 weeks depending on design complexity.

2. Delivery and Tracking

2.1 Domestic deliveries (UAE) are fulfilled via trusted courier partners.
2.2 International shipments include a tracking number once dispatched.
2.3 Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and customs procedures.

3. Shipping Fees

• UAE Orders: Complimentary shipping for orders above AED 1,000.

• International Orders: Shipping fees calculated at checkout.

4. Customs and Import Duties

4.1 International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
4.2 Veilari is not liable for delays or costs arising from customs processing.

5. Risk of Loss

5.1 Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery at the address provided.
5.2 Veilari assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

6. Delivery Restrictions

Veilari does not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted regions where jewelry importation is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
